Waiting on a developer?

Tell us the development and the window you have been given, even if that window is vague. A provisional slot costs nothing to hold and it is the difference between a calm handover week and a frantic one.

Somewhere rural?

The lane matters more than the house. Width at the narrowest point, the surface, and whether there is room to turn. A photograph of the approach beats a paragraph describing it.

If something went wrong

Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses alone.
